Three more Mexican motor carriers apply for cross-border authority Wednesday, May 16, 2012--
To date, only three motor carriers are currently granted long-haul access through the pilot program, and they have only accumulated 24 long-haul trips across the border since the program began nearly seven months ago. More than half of those trips happened in April.
